30-day Return Policy
MTC offers a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With tags and in original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Custom Hammers
Custom hammers are covered under the same return policy but are subject to the cost customization. Therefore, exchanges or returns on these items will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend ordering hammers 'unassembled' if you are unsure about the parts best suited for your needs.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return request:
- Fill out and submit our Warranty & Return Request Form.
- Your request will be evaluated by our customer service manager, who will assign a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once approved, we will contact you with instructions for returning your item and any relevant details regarding your warranty request.
Important Notes
- Include your RMA number on all correspondence related to your return.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- If you are outside the United States, please be aware that shipping times may vary.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
